He most of all loved spending time with his family and friends. Richard is survived by his wife, Dianne of Colchester. Keith is survived by his brothers Elmer Baker and wife Carol of Fairfax Vermont, as well as Steve Baker and wife Terry of North Carolina; his sister Dale Rathe of South Carolina. Grace was a wonderful wife, mother and grandma to many. Her kind and loving heart made huge impacts on everyone she met then and now.

In 2001, Camden residents and entrepreneurs founded the South Jersey Caribbean Cultural and Development Organization as a non-profit organization aimed at promoting understanding and awareness of Caribbean Culture in South Jersey and Camden. The most prominent of the events that the SJCCDO organizes is the South Jersey Caribbean Festival, an event that is held for both cultural and economical reasons. The festival's primary focus is cultural awareness of all of Camden's residents. The festival also showcases free art and music as well as financial information and free promotion for Camden artists. Camden's role as an industrial city gave rise to distinct neighborhoods and cultural groups that have affected the growth and decline of the city over the course of the 20th century. Her only remaining uncle, Richard Dixon of Quitman, Georgia, her nieces and nephews and a lot of cousins in Georgia and Florida whom she loved with all her heart. He was born on Aug. 27, 1948 in Burlington, the son of Oscar and Pearl Fenton.
